Collective Impact

Venture Overview

Collective Impact is a SaaS platform that helps community development corporations and local government housing teams find, fund, and track affordable housing development in one place. Built for small housing teams, the platform replaces fragmented tools and manual workflows with a purpose-built system that supports the full project lifecycle.

Collective Impact addresses operational barriers that can slow affordable housing production, helping nonprofit and government teams reduce administrative burden, manage housing programs more efficiently, and support the production of affordable housing for low-income households.

Venture Founder

Bria Francisco is the Founder of Collective Impact. She brings more than 12 years of experience in affordable housing finance and compliance, with a focus on strengthening systems that support housing stability for families and communities.

Her work is shaped by both personal and professional experience. Growing up in a military family that moved every three years, Bria saw how access to stable neighborhoods and strong schools could shape a family’s future. Later, while managing compliance for $50 million in emergency rental assistance during the COVID-19 shutdown, she witnessed how manual and fragmented systems delayed support for families in crisis.

Through Collective Impact, Bria is building tools that help small nonprofit and local government housing teams work more efficiently and expand access to affordable housing.
