Why Rally
Test What Works:
Innovation Sourcing & Pilot Labs
Rally partners with civic, corporate, and community leaders to turn urgent challenges into actionable pilot opportunities. We guide every stage—from problem framing and stakeholder engagement to venture sourcing, pilot execution, and impact measurement—embedding innovation directly into the communities it serves.
Scale What Matters:
Start-to-Scale Support
From first spark to proven solution, Rally equips changemakers with the coaching, resources, and connections to move their ideas into the real world. Through tailored mentorship, venture acceleration, and our Living Lab network, we help entrepreneurs validate, scale, and sustain solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Transform Systems:
Strategic Insights & Best Practices
Rally distills lessons from pilots and programs into data, case studies, and best practices that guide leaders across sectors. By sharing actionable insights, we help civic, corporate, and community partners design smarter strategies, replicate what works, and align resources for lasting systems change.
Social Enterprise Accelerator
Our four-month accelerator equips leaders of early-stage social and environmental ventures with the mentorship, tools, and networks to validate ideas, prove impact, and build sustainable models that can grow. Fellows graduate with evidence, connections, and a clear pathway to scale.
Scale Up Coaching
Scale Up is a high-intensity, execution-focused two month sprint designed for leaders of social ventures who are ready to move from proving their concept to growing their enterprise. Through targeted coaching and growth strategies, ventures gain the traction, revenue, and capital readiness needed to compete, sustain, and scale.
Innovation District Pilots
We partner with municipalities, Main Street organizations, and corporations to turn neighborhoods, campuses, and civic assets into living testbeds. These pilots de-risk innovation—helping cities validate policies, Main Streets revitalize districts, and companies test solutions tied to business and CSR goals. Each project delivers measurable results that guide smarter investments and scalable impact.
Co-Creation Labs
Co-Creation Labs brings residents and leaders from civic, academic, business, and nonprofit sectors together to tackle Central Florida’s toughest challenges. For municipalities and academic institutions, the Labs provide a clear framework to surface local insights, accelerate innovation, and generate data that shapes policy, curriculum, and long-term strategy.
Community-Led Solution Challenges
Community-Led Solution Challenges empower residents to identify pressing issues, design solutions, and receive funding to bring their ideas to life. For municipalities, academic institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations, these challenges provide a structured way to surface grassroots innovation, strengthen civic trust, and channel resources toward solutions that are built with—and for—the community.
Intro to Social Entrepreneurship
Rally’s introductory workshop series is designed for individuals exploring the path of social entrepreneurship. Participants learn the core principles, tools, and networks needed to move from an idea to an actionable venture concept—gaining the confidence to take first steps toward creating impact.
