Rally Emerged Organically From Real World Collaboration
By 2016 Downtown CREDO had been running a grassroots effort to support social entrepreneurs for several years. That program had points of collaboration with Rollins College and their Crummer school of business. Alongside that effort Central Florida Foundation had spawned Entrepreneurs in Action who was providing pro-bono consultation for social enterprises and Non-profits looking to add significant earned income streams. Around that time, there was a group realization that the alchemy of our combined efforts could provide world class support for early-stage social entrepreneurs. We now have Rollins, an Ashoka change maker university, our city and county’s support, combined with powerful Rally Makers to propel world changing entrepreneurs to their next steps.
Rally is a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, corporate advocates and higher education institutions addressing intractable social, economic or environmental problems by accelerating the growth of world-class social entrepreneurs. We’re developing programing to cultivate and convene the actors in that ecosystem.
Programs
Social Enterprise Accelerator - A 4 month program that operates twice a year, welcomes World-Class Social Entrepreneurs, utilizes Rally Makers as Mentors and hosts a Showcase with impact investment, partnership and customer opportunities.
Leadership Development - A 9 month program that operates once a year with emerging leaders from local companies as participants. The program is focused on developing corporate leaders with an ESG focus and highlights our region’s leading challenges.
Impact Incubator - An on demand program that is deployed at Universities. The focus is developing social entrepreneurs by incubating new enterprises.
Bootcamp - An on demand program that is deployed at CRA’s or Foundations. The focus is on developing entrepreneurs located in the specific community, with a social impact passion.
