• Evaluate New Revenue Strategies: Explore and refine earned revenue opportunities based on the idea or concept you bring to the workshop.
• Discover Customer Segments: Identify and be challenged to connect with the audiences most aligned with your mission and offerings.
• Clarify Customer Problem Statements: Clearly define the challenges your customers face and how your venture addresses them.
• Validate Your Business Model: Test and enhance your approach to ensure it is both sustainable and impactful.

• One-on-One Mentor Sessions: Work closely with Rally Maker-Mentors for personalized, practical guidance tailored to your needs.
• Collaborative Group Activities: Brainstorm and share insights with peers in interactive sessions.
• Hands-On Experimentation: Take real-time action by making calls, conducting interviews, and testing your ideas to generate immediate insights.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is for social enterprises—nonprofits and for-profits—ready to develop or improve an earned revenue stream, advance a new idea, or refine an existing project.

Workshop Cost:
To ensure participants stay energized and focused, a $20 per person contribution fee will cover breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the workshop.
